Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bet on 9xo. By using the platform you confirm your acceptance of all conditions set out below.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9xo platform, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and cashier functions available at 9xo.club. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 9xo. By creating an account or using any part of the 9xo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
9xo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 9xo will notify registered players by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
Important: These Terms apply to all players accessing 9xo from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 9xo complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 9xo does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location.
1. Eligibility
1.1
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, place bets, play casino games, or access any paid feature of the 9xo platform. This minimum age requirement applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. 9xo conducts age verification as part of account review and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time.
1.2
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active 9xo account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 9xo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and void all pending or settled bets and bonus claims associated with those accounts.
1.3
Jurisdictional Responsibility
It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. 9xo makes no warranty as to the legal status of online gambling in any specific territory and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in a jurisdiction where such activities are restricted or prohibited.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1
Accurate Information
When registering a 9xo account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate. 9xo reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
2.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9xo account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 9xo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9xo support immediately at [email protected].
2.3
Account Verification (KYC)
9xo may request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete the verification process within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1
Accepted Payment Methods
9xo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment accounts used must be registered in the player's own name and must correspond to the mobile number registered on the 9xo account. 9xo does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to use a third-party payment account will result in the refund of the deposit and may trigger an account security review.
3.2
Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
The minimum deposit amount at 9xo is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 9xo does not charge a fee on deposits made via any supported payment method. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on the mobile banking network and the time of day the withdrawal request is submitted, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
3.3
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification being complete. Where a bonus has been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirement must be fully met before funds attributable to that bonus can be withdrawn. 9xo reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse investigation. Players who request withdrawals before meeting applicable bonus rollover conditions may have the bonus and associated winnings voided.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1
Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses and promotions offered by 9xo are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who have previously self-excluded, or whose accounts have been suspended or closed for terms violations, are not eligible for any bonus offer.
4.2
Wagering Requirements
Bonuses credited to player accounts are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Free spins winnings are also subject to a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise. 9xo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.3
Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or fraudulent activity — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited. 9xo reserves the right to close the account of any player found to be engaged in bonus abuse and to recover any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
5.1
Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, collusive, or that involves the use of software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the 9xo platform. You will not use any information obtained through unauthorised access to 9xo systems. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 9xo platform.
5.2
Money Laundering
9xo operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Players must not use the 9xo platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose. Where 9xo has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player's funds originate from criminal activity, 9xo will suspend the account, withhold all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. All large transactions are monitored and may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
5.3
Integrity of Betting Markets
9xo is committed to the integrity of all sports and casino markets offered on the platform. Placing bets based on inside information, match-fixing arrangements, or other corrupt practices is strictly prohibited. Where 9xo identifies or is informed of suspicious betting patterns in relation to any event, 9xo reserves the right to void all bets on that event and to suspend or close the accounts of players involved.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1
Player Protection Tools
9xo provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools within their account settings. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. 6.2
Underage Gambling Prevention
9xo is committed to preventing underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all balances voided. Where a player is found to have opened an account whilst underage, any winnings generated will be forfeited in full. Players who are aware of an underage person accessing 9xo should contact 9xo support immediately so that protective measures can be applied.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1
Platform Availability
9xo endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be subject to maintenance, technical faults, or interruptions caused by third-party network providers including mobile banking networks and internet service providers operating in Bangladesh. 9xo will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, including missed bets, incomplete game rounds, or delayed transactions.
7.2
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9xo's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. 9xo will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the platform.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
9xo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a platform notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 9xo.club/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 9xo support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters. Players are encouraged to attempt resolution by contacting 9xo support in the first instance before seeking any external remedy.
